Elite Mixed Martial Arts - Kingwood

I'm new at Elite MMA in Kingwood. I've enjoyed every minute of it. The atmosphere is full of positive vibes, the coaches, receptionist and students are great and very knowledgeable. Plus the workouts are great! You will learn to overcome challenges in your conditioning and it will translate outside of the gym (work, home, life in general). I love it. It's changed my life for the better OSU! 🥊🥋🤙🏾

For two years, we have been coming here to this site of the elite. My son was about 3-4 years old, unaware of defending himself if bullied. We first met coach John, phenomenal! Patient, kind and respectful, then we had new coaches lead Coach. Coach Austin, coach Adri, coach Lucas, coach Christian, and Mrs. Shannon, I see them daily Monday - Thursday from 4:30-5:15; why. I say that because when you dedicate your time to your children and try to help them grow, Having a TEAM of amazing coaches !! Doing the same thing enables you to show respect, confidence, and boundaries; it’s easier to continue the progress; I call them my son's Dream Team !!

I’ve been at Elite MMA Kingwood for over a year now. So I can honestly say that I love this place. I have never been to a gym where the people care about your growth and health as much as these people do. From the coaches to my fellow students, the people here truly do care. Most importantly, coach Austin and coach Jordan take their time to ensure that people learn the techniques, and meet their individual fitness goals.

What an incredible gym! We’re here visiting family and I brought my 5 kids and my niece and nephew (ages 7-14 with varying levels of experience/skill). They all had a blast and really liked how many kids there were to roll with. As a parent, here’s what I noticed: 1) the mat is huge and even though there were lots of other kids, everyone had room. 2) there were 5 assistant instructors in addition to the main instructor (Coach Austin). That really helps the kids stay safe and affords individual attention when the class breaks into pairs to cover new technique. 3) the instructors paid attention to the clock and maintained a good pace. Personally, I love a structured class because it helps get more out of the time allotted. 4) the techniques covered were age and skill level appropriate. In the older kids class they even broke it down into upper level belts and lower level belts. That kept the advanced students from being bored and the beginning students from getting left behind. Seriously, it was a really well thought out class. You won’t regret coming to this gym.

My daughter started classes in 2018 as a quiet and timid 1st grader. She needed more confidence. These classes have helped so much. Now both my daughters do classes at KW elite. I want my girls to be able to take care of themselves. They’ve gained confidence, and respect by doing the classes. They’ve made friends and learned how to defend themselves. We’re thankful we found KW Elite MMA.
